Our Backpack and supplies handout was a success. This year 33 backpacks filled with supplies were handed out to children entering Shirley schools this year.

Thank you to everyone who helped out with the 2023 Christmas season. With your help we were able to donate 60 food baskets and give toys to 100 kids!

We are happy to invite you all to the Shirley Arts! Community Christmas Concert. it is December 16th, 2:00PM at the Ayer/Shirley Middle School Auditorium in Shirley.

Benifits will go to the Shirley Friendship Fund and the Friends of the Shirley Seniors.

Chief Santiago is pleased to announce that once again, the Shirley Police Department will be hosting a “Fill the Cruiser Toy Drive” on Thursday December 14 and Friday December 15.

Please bring new unwrapped toys and or canned goods/non-perishable food items to the Shirley Police Station at 11 Keady Way Shirley, Ma. The cruiser will be located in front of the Police Station from 7AM to 6PM.

All donations will go to the Shirley Friendship Fund to benefit Shirley families in need of help this Holiday season with food and gifts for children.

We’ve added the flyer for our 2023 Pie and Poinsettia Sale, it is Tuesday, November 21st at St. Anthony’s Hall, 14 Phoenix Street in Shirley. It will run from 8 A.M. till all pies are sold.

We’ve also added the 2023 applications for Holiday assistance and Fuel assistance.
